The Role
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO connecting strategy to execution across the business.

- Lead cross functional projects across operations, commercial, and brand teams.

- Act as a central point of coordination across leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Experience
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations.
- Background in consumer, retail, or food and beverage sectors preferred.
- Highly commercial with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high growth, fast changing environment.
- Analytical, organised, and execution focused.
- Confident operating at C-suite level.
