We are partnering with a fast growing, consumer focused food and beverage brand for a Chief of Staff. This is a high impact role working directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic priorities, operational excellence, and business growth. The Role

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO connecting strategy to execution across the business.
  • Lead key initiatives, improve internal processes, and ensure alignment across teams as the company continues to scale.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Lead cross functional projects across operations, commercial, and brand teams.
  • Improve internal processes, reporting, and business performance tracking.
  • Support planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and board preparation.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Prepare high quality presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation across the business.

Experience

  • Experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations.
  • Background in consumer, retail, or food and beverage sectors preferred.
  • Highly commercial with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, fast changing environment.
  • Analytical, organised, and execution focused.
  • Confident operating at C-suite level.
