Our teams support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain skills, confidence, and independence, with the aim of returning home or achieving independent living. Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside the neuro‑therapy team to implement goals and strategies. In‑depth training and mentoring are provided; we seek a variety of candidates who are kind, grounded, proactive, and love working in a positive creative team. This role is on a rota basis, including evening and weekend work, and does involve personal care.
