About The Role
These roles will focus on non-infrastructure water projects delivered within a fast-paced design and build environment. Whether you are based near one of our regional offices or working flexibly, you will join a collaborative team delivering infrastructure that has a direct and lasting impact on communities.
As a Civil Engineer, You Will:
- Develop and contribute to the delivery of civil engineering design on water sector projects
- Produce high-quality calculations, technical specifications, and detailed designs
- Collect, analyse, and manage project data
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage technical interfaces
- Monitor project budgets, programmes, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Review bids, subcontractor designs, and provide on-site technical support
- Support and mentor junior and graduate engineers
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and industry best practice

About You

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Can Demonstrate:
- A degree (BSc or MSc) in Civil Engineering
- Chartered Engineer status, or actively working towards chartership
- Experience in water or wastewater detailed design
- Familiarity with CDM, procurement, and document control
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive approach to delivery, with a focus on quality and deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
