Overview

I'm working with a tech-driven organisation that's looking for a DV Cleared hands-on Senior Network Engineer to take ownership of a modern, complex Juniper environment. If you enjoy designing, building, and improving high-performance networks and want real influence over future architecture this is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and leading improvements across core, distribution, and data centre networks
  • Working heavily with Juniper MX / EX / QFX / SRX
  • Driving SDN adoption using Juniper Apstra
  • Delivering scalable EVPN/VXLAN underlay/overlay designs
  • Improving routing, security, and performance across BGP, OSPF, MPLS
  • Automating wherever possible using Ansible / Python / Terraform
  • Supporting virtual networks across ESXi, KVM, Proxmox

Requirements

  • Strong Juniper engineering experience (design + build + troubleshoot)
  • Solid SDN, automation, and IaC skills
  • Deep understanding of routing, switching, and data centre fabrics
  • Experience with firewalls, VPN, load balancers, DCI, segmentation, monitoring tools
  • Eligible Developed vetting clearance (DV)
