As a Senior Ecologist, you will lead ecological surveys, manage projects from inception through to completion, produce technical reports including PEAs, EcIAs and protected species reports, and provide ecological advice to clients and project teams. The successful Senior Ecologist will mentor junior staff, contribute to Biodiversity Net Gain delivery and ensure projects are completed to a high technical standard. This Senior Ecologist role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing your leadership skills. The successful Senior Ecologist will play a key role in the continued growth of the ecology team.

Requirements
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Significant ecological consultancy experience
- Strong project management and report writing skills
- Protected species survey experience and knowledge of UK wildlife legislation
- Membership of CIEEM (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or near to their Cheltenham office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
