The Role
As a Conveyancing Executive, you will manage your own files and undertake a wide range of conveyancing tasks with minimal supervision. You will also play an important role in supporting the wider team and contributing to business development activities. You will carry out legal work including raising initial enquiries, chasing and reviewing responses, and raising further enquiries where necessary. Undertake legal research and present findings accurately and in a timely manner. You will also supervise more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
- Experience in conveyancing and/or commercial property
- Exposure to real estate finance work is highly desirable and may have been gained within a broader real estate role
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage professionally with clients
- Experience supervising junior team members, or the confidence to do so, supporting their development and the wider team
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload effectively
- Excellent technical ability and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment
