The Role
- This impressive Employment team advises a broad range of organisations and individuals on the full spectrum of employment, HR and immigration matters.
- They have clients across the public and private sectors, including large corporates, SMEs, educational institutions, healthcare providers, local authorities, manufacturers, aviation businesses, recruitment agencies, professional services firms, senior executives and private individuals.
- You will ensure the team remains up to date with developments in employment law and have access to practical, commercially focused resources that enable them to deliver the highest standards of advice.
- Monitor changes in legislation and case law, translating complex developments into practical guidance for colleagues.
- Create and deliver engaging internal training programmes, supporting continuing professional development and onboarding.
- Contribute to client-facing content, including articles, briefings, webinars and seminars, helping to raise the profile of the team.
Skills Required
- Were interested in hearing from qualified Employment Solicitors who have strong technical expertise and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
- You may already be working as a Professional Support Lawyer or Knowledge Lawyer, or you may be an experienced fee: earner looking to transition into a non: traditional legal role.
