Applications are sought from a solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law. You will be responsible for a varied and high‑quality caseload across corporate and commercial work. This will include mergers and acquisitions, investment and shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, LLPs and partnership structures and agreements, general corporate advisory work and compliance matters.
Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions and commercial contracts. A sharp eye for detail and strong legal and commercial judgement. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
