About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people supported. Cover sleep-in sessions; you will be paid an additional GBP 60 per sleep-in. Participate in the on-call rota; you will be paid an additional GBP 10 per session. Provide person-centred, responsive care for up to 20 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, including positive behaviour support.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
