Requirements
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 10+ years experience.
- Proven experience delivering residential and mixed:use projects.
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Experience producing tender and construction packages.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Revit, BIM and Building Safety Act knowledge desirable.
The Role
- Lead the technical delivery of residential and mixed:use developments.
- Produce and coordinate high:quality construction information.
- Manage consultant teams throughout project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and external consultants.
- Resolve technical and construction:related issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support their development.
- Maintain high technical standards across multiple projects.
- Support project planning and technical delivery strategies.
