We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant on the East Sussex coast. The restaurant has a French-inspired style, with menus built around classic technique, seasonal ingredients, local produce, seafood, sharing dishes, daily specials, and comforting dishes done properly. What you will be doing:
