Were recruiting a Catering Manager to lead a well: established Business and Industry contract catering operation in Bristol , close to Temple Meads Station.

This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a busy, professional daytime operation delivering fresh breakfast, lunch and hospitality within a corporate environment.

Youll lead a small, experienced team, build strong client relationships and drive a high: quality food offer for up to 300 customers daily .

The Role

  • Lead the entire catering operation on site.
  • Manage, motivate and develop a small catering team.
  • Oversee food preparation, service and presentation standards.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and site stakeholders.
  • Drive customer engagement, promotions and service improvements.
  • Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships.
  • Control budgets, food costs and GP performance.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety and health and safety standards.
  • Ensure a consistently high: quality customer experience.
  • Lead from the front and create a positive team culture.

About You

  • Experienced Catering Manager within contract catering or a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long: term roles.
