Role: Procurement Administrator
Pay: GBP15.50 – GBP16.50 per hour
Location: Leicestershire, LE67 1TL
Shift pattern: Mon‑Fri, 8:30am – 5pm with 1hr lunch (3 days in the office, 2 remote) – 40hrs
Duration: 12 month contract
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Procurement administration of tasks
- Respond to queries in central mailbox
- Review, release and challenge requisitions within Coupa PO system
- Support Category Manager with ad‑hoc queries and tender activity
- Perform system admin activities across E1, SAP, Coupa and Causeway CPA
- Handle calls from site to resolve PO issues
- Communicate findings with relevant staff members
- General administration duties: emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
- Collaborate data into IT systems
Experience Needed:
- Prior experience in an office‑based administrative role
- Previous procurement experience
- Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
- Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
