The predicted salary is between 38000 - 49000 £ per year.

The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events.

The appointed legal professional will be responsible for managing cases, including investigations, enforcement work, fitness to practise matters and interim suspensions. You will make independent decisions and help continuously improve the quality of regulatory decision making. You will also support litigation where required and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver shared objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or FCILEx in England and Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer with experience in a similar role. You will have experience delivering services directly to the public and an understanding of legal processes and/or litigation experience.

The organisation is looking for candidates with strong case management skills, including the ability to handle complex issues, work independently, and balance multiple priorities effectively under pressure. You will also demonstrate sound judgment, with the ability to evaluate facts, assess risks, and consider constraints when making decisions.
