The predicted salary is between 36000 - 38000 £ per year.
We work with some of the UK\’s largest building owners, landlords & facility managers to provide strategic building repairs, planned maintenance and improvement across all property sectors.
We are looking for an all round Carpenter Multi Trader to work in the East London and South End area to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M&E) services to our clients at a high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
