We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, working across East London and the Southend area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing maintenance services (excluding M and E) to our clients in the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
- Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Conducting property inspections and identifying areas in need of maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in general building maintenance.
- A full UK driving licence (required for travel).
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Must be able to pass a DBS check.
