Daily Duties
- Lead projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards through technical design and delivery
- Develop robust technical solutions and detailed design packages
- Produce and coordinate Revit models and technical information
- Manage project programmes, resources and deliverables
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
- Attend client, contractor and design team meetings
- Review and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards and current legislation
- Carry out technical reviews and quality assurance checks
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the continued development of technical standards and BIM processes within the practice
Ideal Candidate
- ARB-registered Architect with substantial years post-Part III experience
- Strong technical and delivery-focused background
- Proven experience acting as a Job Runner on medium to large-scale projects
- Highly proficient in Revit with excellent BIM coordination skills
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience coordinating consultants and contractor information
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, education or public sector projects would be advantageous
- Ambitious, collaborative and capable of leading project delivery with minimal supervision
