This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly purposeful, fast-paced environment where operational excellence directly supports life-changing legal work across the UK. You will ensure that the firm's legal teams are fully supported, well-coordinated, and able to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients. You will be responsible for producing and interpreting management information to support decision-making, monitoring workload distribution, and supporting resource planning and onboarding, training and development across the department. Acting as a key link between legal teams and business support functions such as HR, IT and Finance.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in an operations, practice management or team management role is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting team performance, engagement and development initiatives.
