Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Cardiff, 2+ Years PQE, GBP 50,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to secure a role with a progressive team in Cardiff. JOB REF:5120

The Role

• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters to include birth injuries, stroke and brain damage, spinal injuries, delayed cancer diagnoses and fatalities
• Your focus will be not only to secure justice and compensation, but also to pursue interim payments that allow for early intervention, rehabilitation, care packages, and adapted accommodation - giving clients the support they need long before their claim concludes.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
• A commitment to excellent client care and empathetic communicationThe ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• An open:minded, forward:thinking approach to legal practice
