We are seeking a dedicated CAMHS Therapy Lead for an independent mental health hospital located in Wadhurst, East Sussex. This role involves clinical leadership, supervision and the development of therapeutic services for children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the CAMHS team, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based mental health interventions.
- Develop and implement tailored therapeutic programmes for anxiety, depression, trauma and behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with schools, social services, healthcare providers and families to coordinate holistic care.
- Lead service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and meet safeguarding standards.
- Deliver training and professional development to staff, promoting reflective practice and continuous learning.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience working within CAMHS.
- Track record of clinical leadership and supervision within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing or leading teams.
- Extensive experience delivering evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for child and adolescent mental health issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and service development skills with strategic planning, quality improvement and data‑driven evaluation.
Qualifications
- Registered mental health professional (clinical psychologist, systemic psychotherapist or equivalent).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £41,200 – £53,560 per annum (fixed).
