Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (on call: 1 week in 3)

Responsibilities
- Maintenance of all equipment including rice milling and packing equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance, reactive service and repair work
- Diagnose and resolve issues and update documentation
- Undertake planned maintenance as directed by the engineering manager or team leader
- Carry out site maintenance
- Fabricate spare parts for equipment using lathe, mill and welding activities
- Work with the Operations Teams to offer engineering expertise in the design and delivery of improvements
- Correctly fault find on electrical control and power systems
- Perform repairs on pneumatics, motors, pumps, conveyors
Requirements
- Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent): ideally both electrical and mechanical
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematic drawings
- Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
