This is a primarily remote HR Assistant role with one day per week required in the Cambridge office.

As The HR Assistant, Your Duties Will Include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment across support, engineering and apprenticeship roles
- Managing onboarding processes including contracts, right to work checks and inductions
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Supporting employee relations processes including disciplinary preparation
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation
- Contributing to Human Resources projects including policy updates, handbook improvements and future learning initiatives
The Successful HR Assistant Will Have:
- Previous experience within a generalist Human Resources role
- CIPD qualification or currently working towards CIPD
- Experience working within a fast-paced or changing environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities
- Familiarity with HR systems and administration
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements and new ideas
