Im working with an independent hospitality business looking to appoint a Head of Operations to help shape the next phase of its journey.

This is a business that has built a fantastic reputation, attracts significant footfall and has created a genuinely unique destination combining hospitality, retail and entertainment. The foundations are there, but there is still plenty of opportunity to evolve, improve and unlock further growth.

The role is broad. Youll work closely with the owners, taking responsibility for the overall commercial and operational performance of the business. From financial performance and partnerships through to guest experience, people, events and identifying new revenue opportunities, youll have the autonomy to make a real impact.

This isnt about maintaining the status quo. Theyre looking for someone who questions how things are done, spots opportunities others miss and has the confidence to implement change where its needed.
