Overview

Customer Service Administrator required for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly company of approximately 100 employees offering long‑term job security.

The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer‑focused role within a technical industry and experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Use SAP and Excel for order processing and record‑keeping.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide updates.
  • Process orders, including updating POs, handling reworks and repairs, and raising credit/debit notes.
  • Liaise with production teams to complete customer orders on time.
  • Update price lists, quotes, customer details and other information on systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding BOMs and drawings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer support, sales or admin role.
  • Experience working in a technical industry such as manufacturing, engineering, pharma, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
