An exciting new role for an experienced Costs Lawyer looking for a new challenge. This highly reputable practice is looking to appoint an additional Costs Lawyer into their thriving litigation team.
The successful Costs Lawyer will be managing costs instructions from instruction through to the finish. You will be drafting bills of costs, drafting costs budgets, negotiating and advising on costs law, procedure and strategy. You will possess excellent technical skills in this area and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
The ideal Costs Lawyer will have proven experience of leading on matters as well as a wide range of experience of advising on costs litigation. Applications are welcomed from Costs Lawyers, Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have experience of supervising more junior members of the team. With a passion for this sector, you will have the drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
