An ambitious Commercial Lawyer is sought to join a highly reputable education team. As the appointed Commercial Lawyer, you will have experience of advising clients in the education sector on a variety of commercial matters. The client base includes a range of universities, schools and educational charities both internationally and nationally.
On offer is the opportunity to deal with high‑profile and interesting projects, including advising on commercial agreements for university branch campuses overseas, all forms of joint‑venture agreements, and a wide range of commercial agreements.
The Candidate
You will have at least 6+ years PQE in dealing with commercial matters, ideally on behalf of clients within the education sector. Applications are welcomed from those with a genuine interest/desire to specialise in this sector. You will bring strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset, and the ability to build strong client relationships and provide a proactive, practical collaborative approach.
