This role is for Clinical Negligence Solicitors at all levels, from newly qualified to experienced, who will handle complex, high‑value claims for clients who have suffered life‑altering injuries due to medical negligence. Cases encompass moderate injury claims, spinal injuries, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.
Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in claimant clinical negligence matters. We welcome candidates at all levels, from newly qualified solicitors to associate and partner, and are also interested in solicitors currently dealing with defendant matters who wish to shift to the claimant side.
The firm provides a flexible hybrid working model, with office attendance two days per week. It offers a clear path to career progression and competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
