Hours: Full Time – 36.50 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:30–16:30, Friday 8:30–12:30)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for compliant practices within the Supply Chain function.
- Identify and execute cross-department projects contributing to improved accuracy, cost and process compliance.
- Create and execute robust audit plans across the supply chain department.
- Ensure procedural documents are current, in line with corporate requirements and adhered to.
- Ensure standard work is followed and challenged where appropriate.
- Support departmental adherence to compliance, understanding, following, and auditing; training obtained where appropriate.
- Facilitate compliance workshops to educate and improve the supply chain team.
- Work across the supply chain to implement robust self-auditing processes.
- Report measures and KPIs relating to compliance-related performance targets.
- Coordinate multi-departmental teams to drive process improvements that improve inventory accuracy, cost and process compliance.
- Present improvements to supply chain leaders.
Job Duties
The incumbent coordinates compliance reviews across the supply chain department to confirm processes align with procedural documents and corporate compliance processes. Process audits are carried out and, where gaps exist, the incumbent will support the relevant area to agree process improvements and timelines.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify process improvements and coordinate projects from concept to completion with multi-department contribution.
Lead or facilitate others performing: review and development of supply chain procedural documents, auditing of procedural documents across departments, auditing process flow plans affecting inventory control, producing and presenting compliance metrics, and acting as a process expert for compliance and inventory topics.
