Role Summary
The Business Analyst : CEX Unity Programme will support the integration of multiple CEX teams into a single unified operating model by delivering detailed process mapping and clarity around new ways of working.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process mapping activities aligned to the scope of the Business Analyst : CEX Unity Programme across CEX and adjacent teams
- Build and maintain a comprehensive process inventory, documenting current and future state processes using AIRS
- Collaborate with programme and project leads to ensure process alignment with transformation objectives
- Engage stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions to capture insights and validate process designs
- Identify duplication, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Define responsibilities, accountabilities, decision points, and approvals within each process
- Document hand-offs and interdependencies between teams
- Support the creation of RACI documentation, operating model artefacts, and change impact assessments
- Contribute to organisation design activities and transition planning
- Work closely with Programme, Project, Organisation Design, People, Communications, and Change teams to support delivery
Requirements Of The Role
- Proven experience delivering business analysis within complex programmes such as the Business Analyst : CEX Unity Programme
- Strong background in process mapping using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder working sessions
- Ability to operate effectively within matrix environments
- Delivery-focused mindset with transformation programme exposure
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving settings
- Exposure to automotive, digital, or customer experience environments is desirable
