An established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to bolster their property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities:

  • A varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and extensions, as well as shared ownership, remortgages, repossessions, landlord and tenant issues, equity release, rights of way, and easements.
  • Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Support in a supportive working environment, with hybrid working available.

Qualifications and Experience:
