An experienced Home Manager will oversee an exceptional nursing home specially designed for people living with dementia. The role requires an active NMC Pin and proven experience in managing nursing homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy.
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintains excellent standards of care and support.
  • Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and deliver person‑centred care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a proven record of compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain working relationships with colleagues, external professionals, families and visitors.

  • Strong leadership credentials and confidence in communicating at all levels.
