The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its collaborative corporate team, where you will work on a varied mix of transactional and advisory work. Responsibilities
Support senior colleagues on larger and more complex corporate transactions, while taking full responsibility for smaller transactions and less complex non-transactional matters.
Work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment, developing strong technical expertise and sound commercial judgement.
Deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused solutions to clients, as well as supervising and mentoring junior team members.
Foster a team culture that values growth, collaboration and genuine career progression.
The Candidate
6-8 years\’ PQE in corporate law, with solid exposure to M&A, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.
Confident managing smaller transactions independently, while supporting more complex matters under senior guidance.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
Desire to continue learning, comfortable coaching and guiding junior colleagues, and contributing to a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.
