The Role
As an Account Executive, youll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating product samples and ensuring the smooth day:to:day running of a busy shared inbox. Youll build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements and provide an efficient, professional service from enquiry through to order.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
- Manage smaller customer accounts and sales enquiries
- Liaise with customers regarding quotations, revisions and product information
- Coordinate and dispatch product samples
- Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers in order to secure the best products
- Support the sales team with presentations and administrative tasks
- Manage and prioritise emails within a shared inbox
- Provide holiday cover across the sales team
About You
- Previous experience managing customer accounts
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Customer:focused with a proactive, positive attitude
- Keen to learn new products and systems (full training provided)
