Salary: A GBP 52,000 : A GBP 54,000 (DOE)
The Role
Were looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer. Youll be responsible for fault:finding, planned maintenance, and keeping production equipment operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair electrical and electro:mechanical plant equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs using a range of testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Minimise downtime and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.
About You
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering as a minimum.
- Experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong fault:finding and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of electrical motors, drives and pneumatics.
- Committed to health and safety best practice.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You may currently be working as a Multi:Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or Electrical Maintenance Technician.
