Grounds Maintenance Operative – Bromsgrove (X2 positions)
We are looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for one of the UK’s leading landscape/grounds maintenance companies.
- Job Duties
- Grass/lawn cutting
- Litter picking
- Strimming
- Edging
- Hedge cutting
- Weed control
- Use of mowers and powered tools
- Other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with basic two‑stroke gardening equipment
- Drivers licence and experience (required for both roles)
- Enhanced DBS (required for one role)
- PA1/PA6 desired but not essential
- Working Hours
6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary
Up to £15.07 per hour.
Terms
Permanent roles available after a successful 3–4 month probation period.
