Tip Top Job is seeking two Grounds Maintenance Operatives for Bromsgrove.
Duties include grass cutting, litter picking, strimming, edging, hedge trimming and weed control, using mowers and powered tools, plus other landscape tasks as directed by the supervisor. 6:00am–2:30pm or 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Permanent after a 3–4 month probation. Immediate start via Karina. Requires experience with basic two‑stroke equipment, a valid driving licence, and enhanced DBS for one role.
