Basic salary of A GBP 24,375 per annum (A GBP 12.50 per hour). OTE of up to an additional A GBP 3,000 in commission. Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends).
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries relating to orders and products, and maximising sales opportunities within an established client base. Working closely with the field sales team, you will also support the development of new business accounts while consistently providing an excellent level of customer service and managing expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
- Handling inbound calls and responding to product and order enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximise revenue
- Managing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the field sales team with account development
- Previous experience in a sales or telesales role
- Good IT skills with experience of MS Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Confident, professional and resilient approach
- Ability to commute to the Bristol depot
