The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
  • The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.
  • You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies, and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions.
  • Supporting business development and profile-raising activities.
