TipTopJob in Bristol is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the agency's demand generation and growth strategy. You will own the lead generation engine across paid, organic content, referrals and partnerships, reporting to the Founder and shaping the growth roadmap.
You will build scalable processes, optimise CRM and attribution, and drive pipeline, CAC, CPL and ROI across Meta, LinkedIn and other channels, with a strong data-driven, revenue-focused mindset.
