Job Overview
We are seeking 2 Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders (BS32) to serve as charge hand for a horticulture and grounds maintenance team at immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-3 operatives as charge hand
- Carry out hedge cutting, strimming, use pedestrian and ride‑on mowers
- Perform grass cutting/maintenance, weed control and general grounds maintenance duties
- Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Compensation
Up to £16.19 per hour including holiday pay.
Requirements
- Minimum good experience and knowledge of the industry
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience with PA1/PA6 or Lantra/NPCT – strongly desired but not essential
- Commercial grounds maintenance experience preferred
Benefits
