Job Overview

Bristol – Hybrid Working: 1–2 days in office a month.

Salary: GBP 55,000–65,000 (DOE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own creative strategy across multiple DTC client accounts.
  • Develop high volumes of creative briefs for paid social campaigns (statics, video, UGC).
  • Research competitors, market trends, and creative best practices across Meta and TikTok.
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging angles.
  • Write high‑performing ad copy, hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Review creative output to ensure quality, brand consistency, and platform compliance.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign objectives.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end creative workflow from concept through to launch.
