Skills / Qualifications
- A strong track record in commercial property law, ideally with experience in handling complex, high-value matters.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing client relationships with both local and national clients.
- Strong business development skills, with a passion for growing the practice and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience of Health and Social Care Real Estate matters is advantageous, but not essential.
