Daily Duties:
- Supporting project teams across a variety of architectural schemes
- Assisting with design development and technical drawing packages
- Producing presentations, visuals and project documentation
- Participating in client meetings and consultant coordination
- Assisting with planning applications and tender information
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across different sectors
- Contributing creative ideas and design solutions throughout project stages
- Maintaining awareness of design standards, regulations and compliance requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Architectural Technology degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong design, communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach
- Interest in community‑focused and sustainable design
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Good understanding of UK planning and RIBA stages
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
