Salary: The salary for this role is £24,523 per annum. This is at a rate of £15.63 per hour.

Job Summary: Brighton College is seeking to appoint a Minibus Driver reporting to the Transport Supervisor.
Main purpose of the role: Driving College vehicles as required. The focus of this position is to carry pupils to and from the College safely, maintaining high driving standards, on time and in accordance with the published schedule.
General Duties And Responsibilities:
- Driving College vehicles as required.
- Carrying out pre and post journey vehicle checks.
- Keeping the vehicles clean and tidy inside and outside.
- Assisting and supervising passengers as necessary.
- Any other reasonable management request.
Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Positive collaboration, with an ability to bring out the best in those around them.
- An infectious can-do attitude.
- Possess a full, clean UK D1 Minibus Licence.
- Pass a driving assessment which will be held post-interview.
- Be confident working with young people.
- Possess a conscientious, approachable and flexible attitude toward working colleagues and the workplace.
- Attend a mandatory driver medical assessment pre-employment and then annually thereafter.
- Agree to attend a First Aid course.
Hours Of Work:
You will be required to work 40 hours per week across different shift patterns, to be discussed further at interview. This is a term-time (35 weeks) only appointment.
Holidays:
Holiday entitlement is included in the salary for this role. All holiday is to be taken outside of the working weeks.
