Forward Trust is seeking a passionate Connections Coach to join our services at a rural prison location. You will deliver visits, family work and desistance and wellbeing support, managing a varied caseload of Prisoner Service Users through 1:1 coaching and group work.
You will help implement the ISFL model and recovery wing approach, contributing to a whole-prison recovery culture and collaborating with health, substance misuse and prison colleagues to deliver integrated support.
