About The Role
As a Bank Complex Enabling Support Worker your role is to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements, administer personal care and medication where necessary, and cover sleep in sessions. For each sleep in you will receive an additional £60.
