- Work as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Braintree, providing classroom assistance to students aged 16:19.

- Provide one:to:one and small:group support.
- Help students develop communication, social and independent living skills.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and parents to promote student progress.
- Support students with personal care where required.

- Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
- Experience within an SEN setting is welcomed but not essential.
