Role
- Responsible for a varied planning and infrastructure caseload to include town and country planning, highways, compulsory purchase, planning litigation, enforcement, and infrastructure projects.
- Advise developers and housebuilders on planning applications, Section 106 agreements, and strategic residential and mixed-use developments.
- Support compulsory purchase matters, including compensation and negotiations with landowners.
- Contribute to business development and client engagement.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 Years PQE.
- Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
- Exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience supervising more junior members is advantageous.
