Your responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately using cloud accounting systems
- Complete bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations to maintain clean data
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain records through to Trial Balance, supporting reporting accuracy
- Assist with month-end processes and financial close activities
- Identify errors and improve data quality across client accounts
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping environment
- Strong attention to detail across financial data and reconciliations
- Experience or exposure to cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
- Understanding of VAT, debtor and creditor processes
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial records

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm (office-based)
