About the Role
Bank Enabling Support Worker – your role is to provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records during your shift, in line with service requirements, and may be required to administer personal care and medication. You will be paid an additional GBP 60 per sleep session, and you may cover sleep in sessions. Your shift is at the residential care home 'Ashley Place', which is located on the seafront close to the town centre.
